ASUBURE
Golf fitting · Clubmaking
Equipment decisions should start with evidence.
Independent golf fitting and clubmaking focused on understanding what works, what does not, and what should change.
The decision
The right result isn’t automatically new equipment.
A fitting or equipment evaluation should first establish what is happening before deciding whether anything needs to change.
A fitting doesn’t have to end with new clubs. It should end with the right decision.
Keep
Your existing equipment already works.
Refine
Adjust, repair, optimize or verify what you already have.
Retrofit
Keep the component that works. Replace what does not.
Build
Create new equipment when replacement is the appropriate solution.
Three services
Fit. Build. Refine.

Fit
Understand what, if anything, should change.
Fitting focused on the golfer's primary equipment concern, relevant performance data and appropriate equipment decisions.

Build
Built to specification. Not simply assembled.
New custom builds and specification-driven retrofits, prepared, matched and verified.

The process
Measure first. Decide properly. Build precisely.

Specification
A club is a system. A set is a progression.
Relevant relationships between playing length, component weight, total weight, swingweight, frequency, loft, lie and gapping are considered where applicable.
Nothing is specified in isolation.
Independent
Independent by design.
Recommendations are not tied to selling one manufacturer’s equipment or replacing equipment unnecessarily.
Sometimes the appropriate result is a new build. Sometimes it is a retrofit or adjustment. Sometimes the right decision is to keep what you already have.
Customer-supplied components
Your equipment is welcome here.
ASUBURE can work with customer-supplied heads, shafts, grips, adapters, ferrules and suitable external fitting or build specifications, subject to inspection and compatibility.
Note
ASUBURE is not a standalone component store. Components may be sourced when they are part of the appropriate build or service.

Behind ASUBURE
Behind ASUBURE
ASUBURE was founded by Johan Rivera around a measurement-led approach to golf fitting and clubmaking.
Every recommendation starts with what is known and ends with what is verified.
Origin
Why ASUBURE?
The name comes from Asubure, a small coastal community in Falcón, Venezuela, personally connected to founder Johan Rivera’s origins and home.
The origin belongs to the name. The work defines the brand.
Not sure where to start?
You do not need to diagnose the equipment yourself. Tell ASUBURE what you are experiencing or what you want to improve.
